Limebric Windham chooses South Alabama

Limebric Windham is a Scout.com two-star wide receiver out of Alma Bryant High School in Irvington, (Ala.), and he has recently made a verbal commitment to Coach Joey Jones and the University of South Alabama. He discusses his commitment with JagsJungle.com.

"I committed to South Alabama today," Limebric Windham told JagsJungle.com Sunday afternoon.

The 6-1, 195-pound wide receiver discusses his decision to play for the University of South Alabama.

"I really like it there. It's a good place to get an education, and it's close to home. My sister attends school there, so I am very familiar with the campus, and the school."

"I really like Coach Dameyune Craig and Coach Duwan Walker. I have talked to both of them, and Coach Craig done a very good job of recruiting me," Windham commented.

"I like Coach Joey Jones and his offense. I want to play in the spread offense in college, and I know he is going to run the spread at South Alabama. I like the situation at South Alabama. I like the thoughts of being a part of a program that's just getting started."

"We run the spread at Alma Bryant and I really enjoy it. The receivers get a lot of opportunities to catch the ball, and do something with it after the catch," Windham explained.

Windham reported offers from Arkansas State, Marshall, South Carolina, and South Alabama. SMU and Tulsa have also shown interest but have not offered.

Windham has also been chosen to participate in the Max Emfinger All-American Bowl Game, January 9th.
